Our classes are all 60 minute HIIT style, timed interval classes. Each and every work out will include full body exercises but will have an area of focus. All classes will also have a good mix of cardio and strength.   Our room is equipped with state of the art treadmills, TRX straps, benches, balls, bands and more.

Taught by our Queen B instructors, bumping music, special lighting and surrounded with women just like you trying to become the best version of themselves!

What is HIIT training and what are the benefits?

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

We also offer private training packages with our highly qualified coaches.  Options to combine both group classes and personal training with our HYBRID packages provide something for every QUEEN at Crowned Fit.
