Here’s how it works:

Set Your Goal:

Whatever your goal is, this challenge is designed to help you get there!
Recommended Trackers to Keep You On Point:

Protein intake (grams)
– fuel your gains like a boss.
Water intake (oz) – stay hydrated and energized.
Weights lifted (lbs) – watch your strength grow using the Crowned Fit app.

We'll provide you with the resources to successfully keep track of this stuff!

Measure Your Progress:
Kick-off with a before and after InBody test to track your muscle mass and body fat percentage—because seeing results is everything!

Celebrate Every Step:
Give yourself a gold star (literally!) every time you complete a 60-minuteclass. Show up and own it! Grand Prizes Await! 1. Duration: October 14 - November 17 (5 weeks)

2. Registration Deadline: Sign ups will close on October 11. All InBody tests must be done by this date as well.

3. InBody Test: Schedule your InBody test via the link we will email you once you sign up.

4. Weekly Check-Ins: We'll be in touch through an extra newsletter every week to support you through every aspect of the challenge!

5. Crowned Fit Online: We'll set you up with Crowned Fit Online so you can easily keep track of the weights you lift in class.
