Crowned Fit is a strong, supportive and passionate community of badass women. You know everyone has your back, coaches and members alike, and will help push you even when you don’t want to push yourself. I love working here because I get to help women see how strong they can be both physically and mentally. We are all our true authentic selves, and the environment we build here is motivating, safe, and fun. Creating strong relationships with good women is how we shatter the glass ceiling.
