Our classes are all 60-minute HIIT style, timed interval classes. Each and every work out will include full body exercises but will have an area of focus. All classes will also have a good mix of cardio and strength. Our room is equipped with state of the art treadmills, TRX straps, benches, balls, kettlebells, dumbells, bands and more.

Taught by our Queen B instructors, bumping music, special lighting.  All while being surrounded by women just like you trying to become the best version of themselves!

We combine strength training and cardio endurance in every class. Always incorporating compound moves (exercises that work two or more muscle groups at a time), for an extra fiery calorie burn.

What is HIIT training and what are the benefits?

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
